Bay Area Orthopaedic Sports & Spine (BOSS) established the BOSS Foundation to promote the health, fitness and well being of the greater Bay Area community.

The BOSS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization located at 5915 B Hollis Street in Emeryville, CA 94608.

The Shortest Triathlon Ever is the signature event of the BOSS Foundation. It’s a regional fun triathlon benefiting the Emery Unified School District’s Health & Wellness Initiative. This triathlon is so short, anyone can do it! The goal is to get the community off the couch and onto the streets running.
