Our physicians are contracted with some, but not all insurance plans. Please remember that insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier and that you are ultimately responsible for payment of your medical bills. Our staff will assist you in understanding the requirements of your particular insurance plan. If we are contracted with your insurance plan, we will file your claims, however you are responsible for deductibles, copayments and remaining balances at the time of service.

If we are not contracted with your plan, payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will file your claims for you and your insurance plan will reimburse you based on your out of network benefit.

If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary physician, you must have it before being seen by our doctors.

We do not bill third parties for personal injury or automobile accident claims.
